One of the best things about staying at hostels, apart from the incredibly low prices, is certainly all the amazing people from all over the world that you encounter.
Sung Jong Noh from Korea was my roommate at Central Park Hostel in Riga, here wearing traditional clothing. Thanks to him I now have learnt (more or less at least) how to greet someone in a traditional korean way. You put your hands together and bow to the floor, twice if I remember well. Very beautiful ritual, meant to show respect for the other. All very much inspired by Confucian philosophy.
